Fresh Eyes Consulting helps organizations build better leaders at every level. Founded by Jenny Toole, an experienced HR and organizational leader, Fresh Eyes brings a practical, human-centered approach to leadership development. Rather than relying on generic management theory, Jenny focuses on the real situations leaders encounter every day. Her programs help managers understand their own leadership styles, strengthen their relationships, communicate with greater intention and handle the difficult moments that can make or break team performance.
